Achillea millefolium - Common Yarrow

Excellent plants for long lasting summer blooms and for use as a cut flower, both fresh and dried. Clusters of small flowers are held above ferny green foliage. Colours vary with cultivar from near white to shades of pink and red.
BLOOM TIME: June to September. Cut back hard after flowering to force a second flush of bloom.
HEIGHT: 18 to 30 inches (45 to70cm)
SPREAD: 24 inches (60cm)
LOCATION: Full sun. Excellent for hot, dry spots. |
